You have up to 30 calendar days from the date-of-purchase to obtain a full refund. Just email team@goubiq.com if you have any questions.

Yes, you can! You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Just email us at team@goubiq.com to make that change for you. All upgrades and downgrades are software-related, so you won't need any new hardware or replacements.

4. How long does it take to receive the Ubiq Hive?

If you are located in North America, it takes only 2-3 business days to receive the Ubiq Hive. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email once it becomes available.

6. What’s the difference between the Ubiq Hive and just using a Windows machine?

If you are using a Windows machine, you will need to load the Ubiq Hive software to your Windows machine. Then, you will need to manage your Windows machine. However, if you purchase the Ubiq Hive (Intel Nuc) through us, we use Linux and it's an easy plug-and-play solution.
